Papers in artificial intelligence and related fields, and papers on case reports and presentations in English are received and reviewed. In addition to oral presentations, we also set up a place for interactive presentations with posters. These shall be sessions consisting only of English papers and English presentations (topics below). <\/p>\n<p>Click the following button and submit your paper:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"btn\">Online paper submission<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"red\">The paper submission has been closed. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Attentions for All Presentations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deadline for Submission Application: 22nd Jan. (at 2 pm JST)\n<ul>\n<li>Title, Abstract, Keywords and Category are required.<\/li>\n<li>You can complete your submission application without registering your manuscript.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Deadline for Submission of Paper: 4th Mar.(at 2 pm JST)<\/li>\n<li>Deadline for Registration\n<ul>\n<li>Every applicant whose paper is accepted needs to make registration<\/li>\n<li>The online registration period: 2nd Mar. &#8211; 15th May. (at 6 pm JST)<\/li>\n<li>Early-bird registration period: until 24th Apr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Method of application<\/h3>\n<p>At the time of submission, please select the relevant category below and further specify the keyword that shows the contents of the paper (note: the keywords may be added by Tuesday, 31st December 2019). Select one to five of the applicable categories and keywords from the list. Please include (1) the objective and (2) the outline of your conclusions of results in the abstract under the author information. Also please state the outline of your method as necessary in the abstract. Submissions without any description about (1) or (2) in the abstract may not be considered for presentation or publication.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Period of application<\/h3>\n<p>Thursday, 26th December 2019 to Friday, 22nd January 2020 Punctuality at 2 pm JST<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Submission deadline of papers<\/h3>\n<p>Wednesday, 4th March 2020 Punctuality at 2 pm JST<br \/>\nRequirement of the submission: The papers and case reports of artificial intelligence and its related fields shown in the relevant field. The acceptable language for the international session is English only.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Restriction on the number of applications<\/h3>\n<p>An applicant can submit and make at most one presentation at the conference as a whole. One cannot make both of an interactive presentation with a poster and a presentation in the international oral session by the same presenter.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Paper manuscript<\/h3>\n<p>Upload a PDF file (2 to 4 pages: about 4,000 to 8,000 Japanese, equivalent to about 2,000 to 4,000 words in English) according to the format specified on the national convention website.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Preview of the paper<\/h3>\n<p>The PDF files of all the papers to be presented will be made available on the web on or after Friday, 22nd May 2020. We cannot accept any exceptional individual correspondence, so please keep in mind this schedule in terms of securing the right of patent application etc.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Notification<\/h3>\n<p>The acceptance\/rejection shall be notified by Tuesday, 24th March 2020, after the review on the criteria of the importance and the relevance to the conference, novelty, technical quality and clarity of the article. After the notification, the change of any part of the content cannot be accepted. Note: an applicant who is the author of an accepted submission must pay the fee in case of withdrawal after acceptance.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Policy of awards and post proceedings<\/h3>\n<p>Particularly excellent papers are planned for selection and publication as Post Proceedings. If the paper selected for the award is multi-authored and the first author is a member of JSAI, we will honor all the authors of the JSAI membership as to the paper.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">Registration<\/h3>\n<p>Every applicant whose paper is accepted needs to make registration and payment using the online registration system, which is the same system with the paper submission system.
