Japanese (Response to COVID-19)
Criteria for Changing the Format of Conferences
Thank you for your contribution to JSAI2022 and your consideration to participate in JSAI2022.
We are currently preparing to hold the meeting in a hybrid format, combining an on-site meeting at the Kyoto International Conference Center and an online meeting. However, depending on the infection status of COVID-19, there is a possibility that we may change the format of the meeting to a fully online meeting. Below are the criteria for changing the format.
– If a state of emergency is declared in Kyoto City, where the conference will be held, or if pre-emergency measures are applied after two months prior to the first day of the conference (2022/4/14), the conference will go fully online at that time.
In addition, even if there is no declaration of emergency or application of pre-emergency measures in Kyoto city, if there is an area subject to declaration of emergency or application of pre-emergency measures, those in that area (registered address of conference participants) are encouraged to participate online. (This applies to all participants, including presenters and audience participants.)
