- タイトル（仮題）: 人工知能は世の中をどう変えるか
- 概要：人工知能という名称が決まったダートマス会議を出発点とすると、人工知能は今年で60年目を迎えたことになります。研究が始まってしばらくの間は役に立たない研究の典型と揶揄されていましたが、最近になって人工知能の研究成果が世の中のいろいろなところで使われるようになってきました。これからさらに人工知能の研究が進むとわれわれ人間の生活はどのように変わるのでしょうか。待っているのは夢のような生活でしょうか。あるいは悪夢のような生活でしょうか。未来を標榜する大学で人間と人工知能の関わりの未来を展望したいと思います。

- Title: How will AI change our lives?
- Abstract: Artificial intelligence is in the 60th year since the Dartmouth conference. AI was considered as a typical useless research in the early days, but nowadays several AI products are used in many ways in the world. How will our lives change when AI research develops further in the future? Lives with dream or lives with nightmare? In the lecture the future relation between human and AI is discussed at the “Future” university.

- タイトル: 「フカシギの数え方」から広がる知能情報処理アルゴリズム技術
- 概要：知能情報処理の応用が期待される現代社会の様々な局面で、「組合せ爆発」を伴う計算困難な問題が現れます。組合せ爆発のすごさと、それに立ち向かうアルゴリズム技術の威力を、青少年や一般市民にもわかりやすく伝えるために制作された動画「フカシギの数え方」は、YouTubeの未来館チャンネルで公開され大きなな反響を呼び、現在でもじわじわと再生回数を伸ばしています。本講演では「フカシギの数え方」のキー技術である超高速グラフ列挙アルゴリズムの技法と、その知能情報処理への応用についてお話しします。

- Title: The Art of Algorithms for Intelligent Information Processing Based on “the Power of Enumeration”
- Abstract: Today, in many applications of intelligent information processing, we often faced with a problem which leads to combinatorial explosion. For demonstrating the power of combinatorial explosion and the art of algorithms to attack the problems, we produced an animation video “Time with class! Let’s count!” in YouTube Miraikan Channel. The video created a sensational view counts, and it is gradually increasing still now. In this talk, I will present the state-of-the-art techniques of graph enumeration assumed in this video, and also show some prospective applications of the techniques for intelligent information processing.

In this lecture, I would like to introduce the past, present and future of the phenomenon created by “Hatsune Miku”.
